With the new school year coming in to play, there are changes being made and we're getting back into the groove of things.
The first day of school can either be the most wonderful thing in the world, or it can be tragic, looking like the beginning of a bad nightmare.
I'm telling you- mine looked like the start of a bad tween high school movie.
With all the cheerleaders who think their all that (though not all of them, for I know some very precious young ladies on the team), the cute quarterback, and the nerdy heroine (me) just trying to get by.
You know what I say? Make a difference! Show the world God's love. Push the sweet, beautiful young lady in the wheel chair to class. Buy someone lunch, or lend your pencil. There are so many things we can do to make a change. The world is waiting for someone who is different, and confident, and selfless. Why don't show them that thos people really do exsist?
Remember also, that in those cheesy tween high school movies (which I really do enjoy), there is an antagonist. There will likely be people who don't like you, but the hardships that the heroine overcomes are what make the movie most interesting!
So let's have fun! Make a difference, change the world! Because we can do it.It just takes the first step, and most importantly, the help of our Lord God.
